Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Sleek Sassy LLC offers a variety of hair care services, including haircuts, blowouts, color services, vivid hair color, hair extensions, conditioning and texture services. A full list of our services can be found on our website.

3. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We recommend booking your appointment online for best service.

4. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the appointment deposit.

5. Prices

The prices of our services are listed on our website. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice. Additional fee applied to services that require increased time and or product, which extend beyond a typical hair service, according to length, texture, density or complexity at a rate of $50 per each additional hour of service. 

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

7. Disclaimer

Sleek Sassy LLC does not guarantee the results of any of our services. We will do our best to provide you with the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee that you will be happy with the results.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sleek Sassy LLC is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Sleek Sassy LLC with respect to the use of our website and services. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded by these terms and conditions.
